STRESS RELIEF YOGA WORKSHOP

RYT Pooja (Erica) Andersen invites you to participate in a STRESS RELIEF YOGA WORKSHOP suitable for any level of fitness or flexibility. In this workshop you will learn yoga techniques to relieve stress tension and pain. Yoga is one of the oldest self improvement practices around, dating back 5 thousand years. This is a 2 hour workshop being offered at the Chalfont Yoga and Meditation Center P, Saturday September 20th from 12 to 2. Cost $36. No prior Yoga experience is needed.
Stress, if not relieved can adversely affect your health, work, relationships and more. Stress is not a new phenomenon to our modern era. Using yoga’s ancient techniques of Asana (poses), Pranayama (breathing) and Dhyana (meditation) you can effectively tackle stress. Pooja (Erica) Andersen RYT states “Not all yoga classes or yoga styles are alike. Hatha yoga in the Svaroopa ®style is a Yoga for the everyday person and accessible to nearly anyone. It requires minimal effort, feels great and reliably works to take away stress, tension and pain.” Pooja teaches Yoga’s stress reducing techniques that you can easily incorporate into your day. This 2 hour workshop is being offered at the 440 American Legion post on 41 Linden Ave in Newton Pa, Saturday October 24th from 9:30am to 11:30am cost $36 No prior Yoga experience is needed. Feel lighter, stronger, more flexible and full of life energy.
In these workshops, we will use heart opening poses to open up and uncover to your true nature. Abdominal Activators to gain clarity and focus, and standing poses to bring this awaking into your life. Weaving contemplation and yogic philosophy throughout this month, you will grow in your understand of Svaroopa (your own true form). Through these workshops you will find your prana (energy) building and a clarity (evenness of mind and focus) and strength to allow your true self to shine forth. Don't miss this opportunity to intensify your practice and uncover and experience your own true self.
Participate in a 3 week series of workshops that deepen as you go. We start with a 2 hour workshop Friday August 7th. From there we will bring these opening and what you learn into a 3 hour workshop the following Friday August 14th. This series will then culminate with a 4 hour workshop August 28th.
This series takes your practice to a new level. We progressively dive deeper as you feel the difference.
